Cory Sovine

Cory Sovine joined the Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. team with a focus on retail leasing and tenant representation in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. Sovine brings a strong background in sales, property management, and more than five years of real estate experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Most recently he worked for a property management firm based out of Chicago. Previously he had worked in the residential property management field, with such established Milwaukee firms as The Shoreline Company and Mandel Group, MPSI.

A real estate enthusiast, Sovine performed more than nine years of independent research on Milwaukee markets and managed his first property while attending college. He has extensive experience in formulating annual budgets, cash flow analysis, feasibility studies, market studies, and highest and best use analysis.

As a native Milwaukeean, Sovine has a thorough understanding of the various markets throughout the city, which has given him opportunity to work with local, regional and national retailers, including exclusive relationships with Ethan Allen and Dave & Busters. Driven by a tremendous zeal to see his home city thrive, Sovine is always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients succeed.
