Dan Mickelsen

Dan Mickelsen brings more than eight years of real estate and development experience to the Siegel-Gallagher's Office Group. He maintains a heavy focus on office leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Additional areas of Mickelsen's expertise include investment property sales, acquisitions and site identification for various local developers.
Prior to joining Siegel-Gallagher, Mickelsen worked for many years in the residential real estate market as a project leader and expeditor for a local construction and development group. He is also an investor and landlord on Milwaukee’s East Side.
While his earlier brokerage activities served the entire metropolitan area, Mickelsen’s current focus is on the burgeoning areas in and around Milwaukee's central business district; such as the Historic Third Ward, Walker’s Point, the Park East corridor, Bronzeville and Brewer’s Hill.
