Guided by strategic vision, Jeffrey C. Siegel and Patrick D. Gallagher joined forces in 1995. Since then, we have grown to over 60 employees and brokers. Some of our steps along the way include:
- 1995 – Company inception
- 1995 – First Property Management Assignment, First
Financial Center, 153,000 SF
- 1997 – Acquired Grootemat Property Management Company
- 1998 – Siegel-Gallagher became a member of the CCIM Institute – Certified Commercial Investment Manager
- 1999 – Joined ONCOR International, providing access to over 200 global markets
- 2000 – Received “TOBY” award – The Office Building of the Year for High Pointe Office Center
- 2001 - Siegel-Gallagher opened it Madison office
- 2002 – Siegel-Gallagher became a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
- 2003 – Received “TOBY” award for Mayfair Crossing
- 2004 – Received “TOBY” award for The Tradesman Building
- 2005 - Siegel-Gallagher started its Retail division
- 2006 - Siegel-Gallagher started its Construction division
- 2006 – Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. – ONCOR International, became affiliated with Realogy Corporation, the worlds largest real estate organization
- 2008 - Siegel-Gallagher partnered with the United States Green Building Council
Over the past eleven years, businesses have come to rely on Siegel-Gallagher as their real estate advisers, adding value to their bottom line through creative problem-solving, an emphasis on long-term relationships and serving client needs first. Siegel-Gallagher and the Wisconsin real estate community lost a valued partner and friend in September 2002 when Jeff passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. While building Siegel-Gallagher in to a premier regional provider of commercial real estate brokerage and management services, Jeff remained focused on his corporate service business. This culminated when he won the Commercial Association of Realtor “Broker of the Year” award for representing Alliant Energy in their |
