John M.Wojtalewicz

John Wojtalewicz joined Siegel-Gallagher Management Company with 20 of progressive management experience in multi-family, high-rise, retail and commercial settings.  Wotalewicz was part of the development team in the construction, leasing, and, management of the High Pointe Office Centre. He has also managed and serviced a variety of retail centers and office buildings, totaling 700,000 square feet. Wojtalewicz also manages Siegel-Gallagher's engineering department, with service technicians serving over 3 million square feet of property in the greater Milwaukee and Madison areas.  

Previously, Wojtalewicz created workshops to provide hands-on training and improve work skills in the W-2 Welfare Reform program of Wisconsin.

Wojtalewicz is also on the board of St. Vincent De Paul’s Properties Committee and handles facility management for their sites. He is known as a highly responsive, effective building operations manager with solid business communication skills and building systems knowledge.
