Kristine Ruka joined Siegel-Gallagher as property manager of Kilbourn Tower, a 33-story luxury condominium that opened in May of 2005.  She was instrumental in the building start-up, working with the developer through the construction and budgeting process. Ruka’s current portfolio includes on-site management of a 20-story high rise office building located in downtown Milwaukee.

Ruka has been a professional property manager for over 20 years.  She started her career with Grootemaat Real Estate Management, where she managed 600 luxury high-rise apartments and a 63,000 square foot retail shopping center.  Subsequently, Ruka joined Heitman Wisconsin Management, Inc. where she was responsible for property operations of Plaza East Office Center, a twin tower office building of over 500,000 square feet and 500 car parking garage in downtown Milwaukee.  Ruka has also served as the property manager for the 611 E. Wisconsin Office Building, a 147,000 square foot office building in downtown Milwaukee owned by Northwestern Mutual Life.

Ruka’s previous portfolio included the management of five office buildings totaling 300,000 square feet, one industrial warehouse and seven condominium associations totaling over 500 units.  Ruka was the President of Milwaukee’s Building Owners and Management Organization (BOMA) and former President of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
