Lisa Fare joined Siegel-Gallagher Management Company in June 2007 as property manager for University Club Tower, a 37-story luxury condominium in downtown Milwaukee.  Fare brings to the company a strong background in sales as well as more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Fare’s strong business acumen, financial skills and ground operations experience have proven invaluable to both the association and management firm. Her knowledge of real estate management, marketing, client expectations and budgets have greatly contributed to the success of the University Club Tower development.

Fare was previously the Director of Operations for Mandel Property Service, Inc., Milwaukee’s leading developer in multi-family housing. Her responsibilities there included the management and supervision of more than $12 million in real estate assets. Prior to that, Fare served as Property Director for Equity Residential Properties, the second largest apartment owner in the country.
