Lori Kraemer, CPM, CCIM

Upon joining Siegel-Gallagher Management Company in 2004, Lori Kraemer brought more than 22 years of experience in the real estate and commercial development industries. Having begun her career in the accounting department of a commercial general contractor, she advanced to become the manager of the property management division, where she had oversight of more than 900,000 square feet of office, retail and warehouse facilities. Kraemer went on to own and operate her own management company before coming to Siegel-Gallagher, where she currently oversees an office portfolio of over 1.2 million square feet.

Kraemer's professional experience has given her a thorough understanding of the operation and management of real estate investment properties. Because of her success in both property management and construction at Siegel-Gallagher Management Company, she was named Vice President of Office Properties in 2007.
