Marianne Burish joined Siegel-Gallagher, Inc. in 1999 and brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to her clients. Burish’s primary areas of concentration include end-user representation, project feasibility analysis, investment sales, and leasing services for office, mixed-use, and multi-family assets. Notable projects include the sale and leasing of the 180,000 sq. ft. Eastlake Towers Corporate Center in Glendale, numerous Third Ward/Walker’s Point redevelopment projects and related investment sales, as well as identification and purchase/sale of several WHEDA and historic tax credit projects.

Burish’s clients include numerous leading local development firms for site identification, feasibility, leasing, and investment sale purposes, as well as a variety of end-users for tenant representation and buyer representation services. Previously, Burish was a senior valuation consultant with American Appraisal Associates specializing in business enterprise, capital stock, and intangible asset valuations for Fortune 500 clients.
