Patrick D. Gallagher, CCIM

Patrick Gallagher co-founded Siegel-Gallagher Inc. and is the head of the firm’s Investment Properties Group. Prior to returning to his hometown of Milwaukee, Gallagher was Vice President of the Investor Services Group at Stein & Company in Chicago. Previous to his tenure at Stein & Company, he was a financial consultant on tax investments at Merrill Lynch.
Gallagher has represented such institutional interests as CenterPoint Properties, Equity Residential Properties Trust, Apartment Investment & Management Co. (AIMCO), Opus North Corporation, the RREEF Funds, and First Industrial Realty Trust, as well as Principal Capital Properties and numerous private investors. Gallagher has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion during his career, and he was cited in 1995 by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (Chicago Chapter) for "Broker Transaction of the Year."
