Susan Sprague has brought to Siegel-Gallagher Management Company more than nine years of specialized residential real estate experience.  Prior to joining the Siegel-Gallagher team, her responsibilities included the management, supervision and success of over 2,000 residential homes for two prominent Wisconsin-based real estate companies. 

Sprague is responsible for management of Metropolitan Place Phase I, part of a two-building condominium high-rise development totaling 338 units under one association in downtown Madison.  Phase II consists of 15 stories and 174 units.

A member of IREM, Sprague has an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation, and is currently licensed as a real estate broker by the State of Wisconsin.
